Applications: Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. 

Assay Conditions: Assay was done in 50 μL assay buffer containing 25 mM Tris, pH 7.4, 5 mM MgCl2 and 100 μM AMP for 15 min at 37°C. Phosphate standard solution was run side-by-side for product quantification.

Description: Human CD73, also known as 5'-nucleotidase and Ecto-5'-nucleotidase, GenBank Accession No. NM_002526, a.a. 27-547 with C-terminal Avi-His-tag, expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. This protein is enzymatically biotinylated using AviTag™ technology. MW = 61 kDa.

Format: Aqueous buffer solution

Formulation: 8 mM Phosphate, pH 7.4, 110 mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl, and 20% glycerol.

Storage Stability: At least 6 months at -80°C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Storing diluted protein is not recommended, if necessary, use carrier protein (BSA 0.1 - 0.5%).
