Description: Human CD83, also known as Cell Surface Protein HB15, B-Cell Activation Protein, CD83 Antigen, and HCD83, GenBank Accession No. NM_004233, a.a. 20-144 fused at the C-terminus to the Fc portion of human IgG1 followed by a C-terminal Avi-tag™ and expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. MW=43 kDa. This protein is enzymatically biotinylated using Avi-Tag technology. Biotinylation is confirmed to be ≥90%.
