Source: Chickens were immunized with highly purified Botulinum Neurotoxin Type B (Clostridium botulinum). After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY purified. Anti-Botulinum Neurotoxin Type B was immunoaffinity purified using the immunogen immobilized on a solid support.
