Source: Chickens were immunized with highly purified bovine serum albumin. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared. The antibodies were immunoaffinity purified from a solid phase immunoabsorbent and conjugated to Biotin.

Formulation: Phosphate buffered saline‚ pH 7.2‚ 50% glycerol with 0.01% Thimerosal.
