Source: Chickens were immunized with recombinant full-length bacterial gonococci Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP) [Neisseria gonorrhoeae] expressed in E. coli cells. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY purified.
Formulation: Phosphate buffered saline‚ pH 7.2 with 0.075% sodium azide.
