Source: Chickens were immunized with highly purified Human Haemoglobin. After multiple immunizations, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared. This fraction was, immunoaffinity purified from an Immunoabsorbant and conjugated to biotin.

Formulation: Phosphate buffered saline‚ pH 7.2‚ 50% glycerol with 0.01% Thimerosal.
