Source: Chickens were immunized with highly purified human hemoglobin. After multiple immunizations, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared. This fraction was immunoaffinity purified from an immunoabsorbant.

Formulation: Phosphate buffered saline‚ pH 7.2 with 0.075% sodium azide.
