Purification Method: Egg-yolk derived IgY Affinity Purified.

Source: Chickens were immunized with purified Human IgG. Antibodies were isolated from immune eggs, affinity purified on a human IgG Fc column and conjugated to N- hydroxysuccinimide (NHS)-activated agarose beads. Beads were washed extensively after blocking of the residual NHS sites.

Formulation: Phosphate buffered saline‚ pH 7.2 with 0.075% sodium azide.
