Source: Chickens were immunized with highly purified IgG from normal human serum. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared and the Fc specific antibodies immunoaffinity purified and conjugated to Biotin.

Formulation: Phosphate Buffered Saline‚ 50% Glycerol with 0.1% 2-chloroacetamide.
