Source: Chickens were immunized with highly purified sheep IgG isolated from normal pooled sheep serum. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared.

Formulation: Phosphate buffered saline‚ pH 7.2 with 0.075% sodium azide.
