Source: Chickens were immunized with hexahistidine conjugated to KLH. After multiple immunization, eggs were collected and the immunoglobulin fraction prepared. Antibodies were immunoaffinity purified using the peptide immobilized on a solid support and conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP).

Formulation: Hepes Buffered Saline containing Stabilizer containing 0.002% thimerosal.
