Physical State: Agarose beads in buffer
Purity: Based on immunoelectrophoresis at an antigen concentration of 20 mg/ml, the pattern of precipitation against goat anti- whole serum is the same as that against goat anti- IgG, Fc fragment specific. No precipitin line was detected against goat anti- IgA, a chain specific or goat anti- IgM, µ chain specific.
Information: Highly purified IgG from the serum of non-immunized animals is coupled to cyanogen bromide-activated 4% agarose gels for use in preparing affinity-purified antibodies or removing cross-reactive antibodies.
