GMA-8008 is a C2 domain specific antibody that binds Factor VIII by solid-phase ELISA. It can be used in sandwich ELISA with GMA-8001 or GMA-8016. It is inhibitory to Factor VIII in clotting assays. GMA-8008 is the designated cell line 1B5 as described by Meeks.
