Assay Conditions: Assay was performedusing the DNMT1 Assay kit, BPS Cat. #52050L, using 20 µM S-adenosyl-methioninefor 1 hour at 37°C.

Description: Recombinant human DNMT1 (DNA methyltransferase 1, isoform b ), full-length, encompassing amino acids 2-1632(end). This construct contains an N-terminal GST-tag and includes a thrombin cleavage site to facilitate removal of the GST portion. The recombinant protein was affinity purified.
