Assay Conditions: Assay was performed using the DNMT1 Assay kit, BPS Cat. #52050L, using 40 µM S-adenosylmethioninefor 1 hour at 37°C.

Description: Recombinant human DNMT1 (DNA methyltransferase 1, isofrom b), encompassing amino acids 501-1632 (end). This construct contains an N-terminal His-tag (6xHis) followed by a FLAG tag. The protein was affinity purified.
