Product Description: Eotaxin-3, also known as CCL26, is a chemokine that is made by vascular endothelial and lung epithelial cells following Interleukin-4 (IL-4) or Interleukin-13 (IL-13) stimulation. Eotaxin-3 signals through the G protein-coupled chemokine receptor CCR3 to recruit eosinophils and basophils to inflammatory sites.
