Description: The EZH2 Direct Activity Chemiluminescent Assay Kit is designed to measure activity of theEZH2 complex (EZH2/EED/SUZ12/RbAp48/AEBP) for screening and profilingapplications. Thekey to the EZH2 Direct Activity Assay Kit is a highly specific antibody that recognizesmethylated Histone H3K27. With this kit, only three simple steps on a microtiter plate arerequired for methyltransferase detection. First, S-adenosylmethionine is incubated with asample containing assay buffer and methyltransferase enzyme for one hour. Next, primaryantibody is added. Finally, the plate is treated with an HRP-labeled secondary antibodyfollowed by addition of the HRP substrate to produce chemiluminescence that can then bemeasured using a chemiluminescence reader.

Storage Stability: 12 months from date of receipt, when stored as directed. Kit components require different storage conditions. Be sure to store each component at the proper temperature upon arrival.

Supplied As: Kit comes in a convenient format, with a 96-well plate precoated with histone H3 peptide substrate, reagents, and purified EZH2 complex for 100 enzyme reactions.

Warnings: Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
