Assay Conditions: Enzyme wasincubated with 0.4 µM substrate inHEPES-containing JMJ assay buffer SAand SA- (without KG) in a 10-µl reactionfor 180 min at 30°C. 5 µl of Anti-RabbitAlphaLISA® acceptor beads (1:250) and 5µl of rabbit polyclonal antibody (1:200)were added and incubation continued for30 min.
