Applications: Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. 

Assay Conditions: Assay was performed in a Kinase buffer (40 mM Tris pH 7.4, 10 mM MgCl₂, 0.1 mg/ml BSA) containing 1 mM DTT using Poly-(Glu4:Tyr)substrate (0.2 mg/ml) and 20 µM ATP for 30 minutes at 30°C. The amount of ATP transferred was alculated using Kinase-Glo Plus™ reagent (Promega).
