Product Description: N3-PEG3-vc-PAB-MMAE is a synthesized agent-linker conjugate for ADC that incorporates the MMAE (a tubulin inhibitor ) and 3-unit PEG linker. N3-PEG3-vc-PAB-MMAE shows potent antitumor activity. N3-PEG3-vc-PAB-MMAE is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. Strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) can also occur with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
