Antigen Long Description: This antibody was prepared by the humanization of an F protein-specific murine MAb, RSV19. More specifically, molecular techniques were used to insert the complementarity determining regions from murine RSV19 into a human IgG1 heavy and k light chain-variable domain framework.

Chimeric Use Statement: This reformatted antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Human IgG1 format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques.
