Purity and Specificity: DyLight antibodies prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Rabbit IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, Rabbit IgG and Rabbit Serum. No reaction was observed against Bv, Ch, Gt, GP, Ham, Hs, Hu, Ms, Rt, & Sh Serum Proteins.Monoclonal antibody for the detection of Flag is an IgG fraction purified from ascites by Protein A chromatography. The purified antibody is directed against the FLAG™ motif and detects over-expressed proteins containing the FLAG™ epitope tag.
