Additionally this secondary antibody conjugate can be used to develop ELISAs with substrates like ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]-diammonium salt), OPD (O-phenylenediamine), or TMB (3,3,5,5-tetramethylbenzidine).
