Topical application of INNO-8875 (25 µg/eye) reduces intraocular pressure in a rabbit model of ocular hypertension.{59826} INNO-8875 (1-50 µg/kg) decreases atrial refractoriness and heart rate, as well as slows atrioventricular nodal conduction, in anesthetized rats.{59827}
