Notes: Lipid HTO12 is an ionizable cationic lipid (pKa = 6.432) that has been used in combination with other lipids in the formation of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for the delivery of mRNA in vitro and in vivo.{67778} LNPs containing lipid HTO12 and encapsulating adenine base editor mRNA targeting Pcsk9 reduce hepatic Pcsk9 levels in mice at a reduced ionizable lipid/total lipids-to-mRNA ratio than LNPs containing SM-102 (Item No. 33474).
