Product Description: Biotin-C1-PEG3-C3-amido-C5-Gly-Arg-Gly-N3 TFA is used for detection of modification site for N-myristoylated and GPI-anchored proteins in blood-stage P. falciparum[1]. Biotin-C1-PEG3-C3-amido-C5-Gly-Arg-Gly-N3 (TFA) is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. Strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) can also occur with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
