Product Description: Difluorocyclooctyne-CH2-benzoic acid is a Difluorinated cyclooctyne (DIFO) analogue that can be used for imaging glycans on live cells. Difluorinated cyclooctyne (DIFO) reagents rapidly reacts with azides in living cells without the need for copper catalysis[1]. Difluorocyclooctyne-CH2-benzoic acid is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
Applications: Cancer-programmed cell death
Formula: C16H16F2O2
