Notes: RR6 is an inhibitor of the pantetheinase vanin-1 (IC50 = 0.54 µM for the recombinant human enzyme) and is a derivative of the CoA precursor D-pantothenic acid (Item No. 17288).{51609} It is selective for vanin-1 over biotinidase, cathepsin B, cathepsin L, and papain (IC50s = >200 µM for all).
