Description: Potent inhibitor of protein phosphatases, especially the PP-1 and PP-2 classes, in numerous cell types. Non-phorbol type tumor promoter.

Solubility: Soluble in DMSO or ethanol. 

Storage Stability: Store at or below -20°C. Solid form is stable at least 12 months from date of receipt, when stored as directed. Do not store aqueous solutions for more than one day.

Warnings: Highly irritant to skin and mucous membranes. Tumor promoter. Gloves and mask should be worn when using this compound. Care must be taken to prevent contact through all routes of exposure.
