Description: ROCK inhibitor. Increases the survival of cells differentiated from induced pluripotent stem cells upon thawing. Greatly enhances the efficiency of fibroblast reprogramming to generate induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) when used in combination with SB 431542 and PD 0325901. Improves the survival of human embryonic stem cells (hESCs) upon trypsinization.

Purity: ≥98%

Solubility: ≥15.55 mg/mL in DMSO. For obtaining a higher solubility, please warm the tube at 37°C and shake it in the ultrasonic bath for a while. Long term storage in solution is not recommended. Not stable in diluted solutions.

Storage Stability: At least 6 months at -20°C.
