Description: UNC0321 (trifluoroacetate salt) is a selective histone lysine methyltransferase (HMTase) inhibitor for G9a and GLP (also known as EHMT1), with IC50 of 6 nM and 15 nM, respectively. It is more than 40,000-fold more selective for G9a and GLP vs. SET7/9, SET8, PRMT3, or JMJD2E.
Format: White crystalline powder
Purity: ≥95%
Solubility: Soluble in DMSO.
Storage Stability: Store at or below -20°C. Solid form is stable at least 12 months from date of receipt, when stored as directed. Do not store aqueous solutions for more than one day. Anhydrous DMSO stock solutions are stable up to 2 weeks at +4°C or up to 6 months at -70°C.
