Antitumor agent-151 (7k) exhibits remarkably enhanced proteolytic activity of HsClpP (EC50 = 0.79 μM) and antitumor activity in vitro (IC50 = 0.038 μM). Antitumor agent-151 (7k) induces apoptosis[1].
