Product Description: ATF4-IN-1 (Compound 21) is an ATF4 inhibitor. ATF4-IN-1 inhibits ATF4 expression in Thapsigargin (HY-13433)-stimulatedHEK-293T cells, with an IC50 value of 32.43 nM. ATF4-IN-1 is more active than ISRIB (HY-12495A). ATF4-IN-1 exhibits low cytotoxicity (IC50: 96 μM against HEK-293T cells). ATF4-IN-1 can be used for research of neurodegenerative diseases[1].
