Product Description: IOX5 is a selective prolyl hydroxylases (PHD) inhibitor. IOX5 stabilizes HIF-1α in AML cells, induces apoptosis, and upregulates BNIP3 expression. IOX5 compromises development and progression of acute myeloid leukemia[1].
