Notes: ε-NAADP+ is a fluorescent derivative of the calcium mobilization inducer NAADP (Item No. 25992).{68405} It induces calcium release in sea urchin egg homogenates (EC50 = 5 µM). ε-NAADP+ displays excitation/emission maxima at 275 and 410 nm, respectively, and its relative emission increases three-fold in DMSO.
