LNPs containing C3-K2-E14 and encapsulating siRNA targeting the gene encoding colony-stimulating factor 1 (Csf1) reduce the percentage of circulating Ly6Chi monocytes and increase the percentage of circulating Ly6Cint monocytes in mice.
