Anti-Mouse NK Cells (NK1.1), Biotin (Clone PK136) (mouse IgG2a)

Cedarlane’santi-mouse NK cells monoclonal antibody is specific for mouse NK cells inselected strains of mice (i.e.C57BL, FVB/N, NZB but not A, AKR, BALB/c, CBA/J,C3H, C57BR, C58, DBA/1, DBA/2, SJL and 129). Clone PK136 is specific for mouseNK1.1, also known as NKR-PIC and Ly 55. Mouse NK1.1 is expressed on NK cells and NKT cells on the followingstrains: C57BL, FVB/N and NZB.  There arepublished reports that PK136 mAb binds to NKR-PIB on SJL/K NK cells
