Durchflusszytometrie CE-IVD, RUO
Die Durchflusszytometrie ist eine spezielle Technik, mit der jede einzelne Zelle in Zellsuspension analysiert werden kann. Zu den analysierten Parametern zählen Zellzahl, Größe, Granularität, Lebensfähigkeit und in Kombination mit Antikörpern die Proteinexpression. FACS (Fluorescence Activated Cell Sorting) ist eine durchflusszytometrische Methode, die das Sortieren von Zellen nach bekannten Parametern in heterogenen Populationen ermöglicht.
Die Durchflusszytometrie hat sowohl in Forschungslabors als auch in diagnostischen Routinelabors ihren Platz gefunden, da sie in kurzer Zeit große Mengen von Zellen analysieren kann.
