Application Note: Avidin Texas Red™ Conjugated has been tested by western blot and is designed for immunofluorescence microscopy, fluorescence based plate assays (FLISA) and fluorescent western blotting.

Purity and Specificity: Avidin Texas Red™ Conjugated was prepared from chromatographically purified avidin from egg white followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Avidin. No reaction was observed against anti-Streptavidin.
Background: Avidin Texas Red™ Conjugated is suitable for multiplex analysis, including multicolor imaging, utilizing various commercial platforms.
