Blocking Reagenzien IHC
Die Blockierung in der Immunhistochemie stellt einen wichtigen Schritt dar, um ein klares und spezifisches Signal zu erhalten und eine unspezifische Antikörperbindung zu verhindern. Im Allgemeinen werden Seren der Spezies verwendet, bei denen der sekundäre Antikörper erhöht wurde. Schließlich kann Serumalbumin als günstigere Alternative verwendet werden. Heutzutage ist auch eine Vielzahl kommerzieller Blockierungslösungen und tierfreier Blocker erhältlich.
