Abbreviation: MHCC;HLA-C

Target Synonym: MHC-C;HLA-JY3;HLC-C;PSORS1;D6S204;

Target Species: Human

Usage: This ELISA kit applies to the in vitro quantitative determination of Human MHCC/HLA-C concentrations in Serum, plasma and other biological fluids.

Tested Sample Types: Serum, plasma and other biological fluids

Assay Time: 3.5h

Sensitivity: 37.5 pg/mL

Detection Range: 62.5-4000 pg/mL

UNIProt ID: P10321

Test Principle: This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human MHCC/HLA-C. Samples or Standards are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human MHCC/HLA-C and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human MHCC/HLA-C, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear luminescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer at 425nm. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human MHCC/HLA-C. You can calculate the concentration of Human MHCC/HLA-C in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.

Cross reactivity: This kit recognizes Human MHCC/HLA-C in samples.No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Human MHCC/HLA-C and analogues was observed
