Source: Goats were immunized with highly purified chicken IgY Fc fragment isolated from normal chicken serum. The resulting anti IgY Fc was passed over an Fab immunoabsorbant and the anti Fc immunoaffinity purified from a chicken IgY immunoabsorbant.
