Description: This liquid Growth Medium is a complete medium optimized to culture select BPS Bioscience cell lines.

Endotoxin Level: All components are low endotoxin. FBS is ISIA-certified and sourced from the United States of America.

Format: Aqueous solution

Formulation: Growth Medium 1L (BPS #79555): Thaw Medium 1 (BPS #60187) plus 2 µg/ml Puromycin Dihydrochloride.Thaw Medium 1 (BPS #60187): MEM medium supplemented with 10% FBS, 1% non-essential amino acids, 1 mM Na pyruvate, 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin.

Storage Stability: Upon receipt, the medium should be stored in the dark at 4°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Do not exceed 37°C. When stored in the dark at 4°C, the product is stable for six months after first thaw.

Supplied As: Sterile filtered (0.2 µm) and Mycoplasma-free.
