Description: This liquid Growth Medium is a complete medium optimized to culture select BPS Bioscience cell lines.Optimized for Use With: TMPRSS2 - Vero E6 Recombinant Cell Line (BPS Bioscience, #78081)

Formulation: Growth Medium 1P (BPS Bioscience #78095): Thaw Medium 1 (BPS Bioscience, #60187) plus 3 µg/ml of Puromycin (InvivoGen, #ant-pr-1).

oThaw Medium 1 (BPS Bioscience #60187): MEM medium (Gibco, #11095-080) supplemented with 10% FBS (Gibco, #26140-079), 1X MEM Non-essential Amino Acids (Corning, #25-025-Cl), 1% Sodium Pyruvate (Corning, #25-000-Cl), and 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin (Gibco, #15140-122).

Mycoplasma Testing: Sterile filtered (0.2 µm) and Mycoplasma-free. Each lot is tested for growth of recombinant cells. All components are low endotoxin. FBS is ISIA-certified and sourced from the United States of America.

Storage Stability: Upon receipt, the medium should be stored in the dark at 4°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Do not exceed 37°C. When stored in the dark at 4°C, the product is stable for six months after first thaw.
