Description: This liquid Growth Medium is a complete medium optimized to culture select BPS Bioscience cell lines. Optimized for use with: Anti-BCMA CAR Jurkat/NFAT (Luciferase) Reporter Cell Line (BPS #79694)
Endotoxin Level: All components are low endotoxin.
Format: FBS is ISIA-certified and sourced from the United States of America.
Formulation: BPS Growth Media is formulated through BPS Thaw Media combined with antibiotics for maintenance of selective markers in the stable cell line. Growth Medium 2H (BPS Bioscience #79784): Thaw Medium 2, 1 µg/ml puromycin (InvivoGen # ant-pr-1) and 1 mg/ml of Geneticin.Thaw Medium 2 (BPS Bioscience #60184): RPMI 1640 medium supplemented with 10% FBS, 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin.
Purity: Sterile filtered (0.2 µm) and Mycoplasma-free. Each lot is tested for growth of recombinant cells.
Storage Stability: Upon receipt, the medium should be stored in the dark at 4°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Do not exceed 37°C. When stored in the dark at 4°C, the product is stable for six months after first thaw.
Warnings: Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
