Applications: Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. 

Assay Conditions: Enzyme reactions include 50 µl volumes of 1x Kinase buffer (40 mM Tris pH 7.4, 20 mM MgCl₂, 0.1 mg/mL BSA) along with 20 µM ATP, 0.2 mg/mL GSKtidesubstrate, 3mM DTT, and GSTGSK3. After 45 min incubation at30°C, 50µL of the Kinase-Glo reagent solution was added and luminescence from remaining ATP was measured.
