Description: GYG/GYS2 complex of human GYG (GenBank Accession No. NM_004130) a.a. 1-350(end) with N-terminal His-tag and MW= 42 kDa, and human GYS2 (GenBank Accession No. NM_021957), a.a. 1-703(end) with C-terminal Strep-tag and MW= 82 kDa, individually expressed in an Sf9 infected baculovirus expression system.
