ExoStep (# IMSExoS)
Description: Exosomes are small extracellular vesicles that are released from cells upon fusion of an intermediate endocytic compartment - the multivesicular body, with the plasma membrane. They are thought to provide a means of intercellular communication and transmission of macromolecules between cells allowing the spread of proteins, lipids, mRNA, miRNA and DNA and as contributing factors in the development of several diseases.
The kit is a simple immunobead assay for isolation/detection of exosomes, using a bead-bound anti-CD63 capture antibody and a fluorochrome conjugated anti-CD9 detection antibody. The kit provides reproducible results and can be run in parallel to exosome immunophenotyping.

BasoStep (# IMSBSTP)
Description: BasoStep is intended for flow cytometry test of IgE-mediated allergic reactions by the analysis of CD63 antigen surface on basophils upon allergen stimulation.

PNH Kit (# IMSPNH)
Description: Kit for Paroxysomal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH) with three-color direct immunofluorescence reagent for use in flow cytometry to evaluate the possible loss of expression of the glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI) anchor (GPI-anchored proteins) molecule on neutrophils and on monocytes. Kit includes monoclonal antibodies combination: CD157/CD45/CD64.

FMHStep (# IMSRHD)
Description: The anti-RhD monoclonal antibody binds to the surface of red blood cells (RBC) of RhD positive individuals to identify these cells, allowing the quantitation of Fetomaternal hemorrhage (FMH), which may occur during pregnancy or at delivery and lead to immunisation to the D antigen if the mother is D negative and the baby D positive.

Mesenchymal Cell Kit (# IMSMCK)
Description: The MSC kit is based on the phenotypic signature described by The Mesenchymal and Tissue Stem Cell Committee of the International Society for Cellular Therapy (ISCT).
Kit includes 3 vials, A, B and C:

Stem Cell Kit (# IMSSCK)
Description: Kit allows the identification of CD34+ cells and link together their number with the identified known number of spheres discriminating between viable and non-viable cells and discarding false positives produced by non-specific staining of the isotype. Kit includes a vial of CD45 / CD34, a CD45/ IgG1 isotype control vial, counting tubes, a vial of 7-AAD and a bottle of lysis solution 10X.

ThromboStep (# IMSTBS)
Description: Flow cytometry detection of autoantibodies reacting with specific platelet receptors. The kit contains an R-phycoerythrin (R-PE) conjugated monoclonal antibody, which recognizes a platelet specific antigen. The kit also contains polyclonal antibodies conjugated whit fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) against total human immunoglobulins, human IgA, IgM and IgG. The kit contains a polyclonal antibody conjugated with FITC as a negative control.
