Applications: Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, autophosphorylation and phosphorylation of target substrates, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.

Assay Conditions: The enzyme reaction was carried out for 1 hour at room temperature in a buffer containing 50 mM HEPES (pH 7.5), 10 mM MgCl₂, 1 mM EDTA, 0.01% BRIJ-35 and 200 µM of ATP. Substrate : 4 µM Tyr peptide 1 from Invitrogen.
