Description: The L3MBTL1 TR-FRET Assay Kit is designed to measure theinhibition of L3MBTL1 binding to its substrate in a homogeneous 384 reaction format.This FRET-based assay requires no time-consuming washing steps, making it especiallysuitable for high throughput screening applications. The assay procedure isstraightforward and simple; a sample containing terbium-labeled donor, dye-labeledacceptor, L3MBTL1, substrate, and an inhibitor is incubated for sixty minutes. Then, thefluorescence intensity is measured using a fluorescence reader.

Storage Stability: Stable at least 6 months from date of receipt, when stored as directed
